Matthew Kudla is a Vice President at Concentric Equity Partners, where he leads the sourcing and execution of new platform investments while providing strategic oversight to the firm’s portfolio companies. Since joining Concentric in 2021, Matthew has focused on partnering with founder-led businesses to institutionalize operations and accelerate growth.

Previously, Matthew was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in Chicago within the Diversified Industries group, where he advised on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions. He graduated with highest honors from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
