Riley joined CEP in 2025. As a Vice President, he focuses on originating and executing new investments and working closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, product development, and organizational strategy.

Prior to joining CEP, Riley co-founded and served as CEO of Craftwork, a Texas-based hospitality service company, and previously gained various investment experience at Stacker Holdings, Stonelake Capital Partners, and Cephas Partners.

Riley earned his BBA from Texas Christian University and is a proud alum of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management MMM program, where he earned a joint MBA/MS degree.
